Five are included: veining tool, U-shaped embellishing tool, 3mm and 4mm hollow tools and a contour cutter. The knives are made from high grade steel, individually hardened, nickel-plated and sharpened by hand. A notable advantage is the ease with which the cutting tools can be rapidly changed.
