ARTESTONE FIGURE CASTING MATERIAL WHITE

Stone-hard, weatherproof plates (house nameplates) and sculptures (chess and decorative figures) can be made from this extra hard waterproof material. The hardened cast items take up no further moisture making it possible to produce weatherproof garden figures, wall plates, house number shields, etc. The mixing ratio is 4 parts Artestone to 1 part water. Artestone hardens to stone-hard within 30 minutes. Processing/working time: 8 minutes. The finished figures will not take up any further moisture thus having an important advantage over all other casting materials. Artestone is classed as harmless both toxicologically and physiologically meaning that it can be used in handicraft lessons at schools. Newly finished items can be further mechanically processed immediately as they are then still relatively soft.  The final hardening is achieved after 1 – 2 hours with further drying out and absorption of the water still contained in the figure.
