Fires to cork-like appearance, 30% firestone content with 0–2mm grain. Firing temperature range 1000º to 1200ºc. Colour when fired at 1000ºc is pale red, and at 1200ºc, greenish-ochre. Available in foil-wrapped, 10kg blocks. Price per block.
