COPIC LAYOUT MARKER

The Copic System is the market leader among layout markers, as their quality and functionality is unique. It is made up of markers and various ink refill colours as well as numerous accessories. The colours use alcohol-based, non-toxic and odourless inks that dry quickly and do not smudge. Copic markers and refill tints are available in 214 colours, of which there are 44 grey tones. The colours are also mixable with each other thus creating a colour palette as big as you can imagine. Copic markers can be applied to clear plastic and removed again with a cleaning agent. However, it is recommended to make trials first on the specific surface.
Suitable for layout marking, illustration, scribbles and storyboards. Also possible to use on photocopies and laser prints as the inks do not lift the toner ink; photos are also undamaged by their use. Wet-on-wet results in the intermixing of the two colours; wet-on-dry and the two colours remain separate.
The standard refillable marker has two polyester fibre tips, one wide and one fine, but other interchangeable tips are available, for example, brush, calligraphy and super fine thus allowing the range of applications to be even further increased.
