Art in Action 2012 Art in Action, a festival of fine art and master craftsmanship attracts over 25,000 visitors each year.
Taking place from 19-22 July 2012 in the grounds of Waterperry House, Oxfordshire, around 150 artists will demonstrate their skills in painting, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, calligraphy, glass, jewellery, textiles, woodwork and more.
Visitors can enjoy live music; performing arts; lectures; and take a practical class in a wide range of subjects. The event champions art in all forms from traditional crafts to contemporary art, so there really is something for everyone.

NEWA is a selected exhibition, open to both professional and amateur artists. Artists can submit up to 4 pieces of work, depending on size and all work must be for sale. A commission of 30% is taken on Sales.

The UK Childrens' Fine Art Competition
The UK Children's Fine Art Competition (UKCFAC), endorsed by The Department for Education, is an exciting, highly rewarding and all inclusive fine art competition which aims to raise the aspirations of children and endow children with the best of values and principles.
The UKCFAC awards prizes at county and national level and across the three main types of school: primary, secondary and special. All entrants receive a Certificate of Achievement. There is an award for the best international artwork submission. And the UKCFAC also accepts private entries.
