GERSTAECKER 'PLV 111' PURE ACRYLATE

Acrylic binder in powder form with a pure acrylate base for making acrylic paints. The 500g quantity (approx 800ml) yields 1 litre of acrylic emulsion or 1.5 - 2 litres of paint. Pure acrylic emulsions find pigments difficult to absorb and dilution can lead to disastrous results. Available in a bucket with a measuring cup. Price per bucket.

Instructions for Use:
Pigments are first mixed with water. This process allows a perfect absorption of pigments because pigments are easier and are more absorbent to water than to binders. Then the easily soluble Gerstaecker 'PLV 111' Pure Acrylate is added to the mixture. This process allows an easy manufacture of acrylic paints in a professional quality.

Resulting paints are high-gloss and robust against impact, waterproof and weatherproof. Also pure 'PLV 111' Pure Acrylate has a virtually unlimited shelf-life and is frost-proof.
