Ideal for: children, those starting out in making colours and for creative crafts. The quality of these pigments equates with those used in student grade artist paints. It is possible to make the following:
1. Colours - Mix 1 part by volume of pigment to 1 part by volume of water and stir in 3 % cellulose adhesive powder and 5% linseed oil if required. 2. Finger Paint - Mix 1 part by volume of pigment and 1 part by volume of water and stir in 7% of cellulose adhesive powder and 10% glycerin. 3. Modelling Paste - Mix 1 part by volume of pigments and 5 by volume of glycerin just so the material becomes firm but elastic. 4. Effect Material - Mix 1 part by volume of linseed oil with 5 part by volume of pigment, just enough to obtain an elastic mass. Inter-mix the result with the material with which you wish to create the effect e.g. sand.
The pigments comply with EN71; can be handled by children - externally; the colours are brilliant and intermixable; resistance to light is scale 8; there are 12 colours in 250g pots. Price per pot.
