GERSTAECKER GZ PRESSES

The GZ presses, with their toothed drive mechanisms, fill a gap in our printing press range. The sides are made of classic "treated" cast iron, proven in industry over decades. No corners have been cut either in materials or in the precision of construction.
Technical Details:
Diameter of the upper roller 138mm, diameter of the lower roller 96mm, printing passage height 35mm, precisely formed steel printing run of 17mm, the rollers run on self-lubricating bearings. All the sliding and static surfaces of the sides have been appropriately prepared. The especially long-spoked handles on the star wheel make for comfortable and easy turning.

Delivery is by pallet and is to the first lockable ground floor door. For safety reasons, the GZ presses models 440 and 550 should not be placed on portable tables.

Length of roller 440mm, printing run 800mm x 440mm x 17mm. Overall measurements in mm: length 800, width 585, height 400. Weight approx. 145kg. Also included is one FREE Grey felt 4mm thickness and format 44cm x 80cm. Price per press.

GZ Press Type GZ 550
Length of roller 550mm, printing run 1000mm x 550mm x 17mm, overall measurements: length 1000mm, width 695mm, height 400mm. Weight approx 180kg. Also included is one FREE Grey felt 4mm thickness and format 54cm x 100cm. Price per press.
