GERSTAECKER HEAVY-DUTY NOVA JACK PRESSES

The heavy-duty Nova Jack presses, models 620 and 720 have strong, treated cast iron sides, a 6-spoke turning wheel, steel reduction gears and both rollers mounted on bearings to make for easy operating. The printing run is an 18mm thick strengthened ferrous metal plate, with both sides being usable and precision ground to the nearest 0.1mm. The compression strength of the plate is over 1500kg/cm2. The lower roller in the 720 model has a double-sided toothed drive wheel. Heavy-duty special tables can also be delivered for both models.

Roller length 620mm, upper roller diameter 150mm, lower roller diameter 85mm, printing run 650mm x 1250mm x 18mm, printing passage height 60mm, paper through channel 650mm. Driven by a 6-spoke turning wheel with toothed reduction gears on one side. Measurements in mm: length 1000, width 800, height 600. Weight approx. 180kg. Driven by a 6-spoke turning wheel with toothed gear wheels on both sides. Measurements: length 1000mm, width 900mm, height 600mm. Weight approx 220kg. Also included is one FREE White felt code 38190.
