GERSTAECKER TINTORETTO WOOD PANELS
Carefully chosen 5 ply board 5mm thick, mounted on 3cm thick solid wood frames, which make the painting surface smooth, flat and rigid. The wood is knot free and very well finished. The painting surface is finely sanded and naturally light coloured. The non porous nature of the surface means that only simple primers such as Gerstaecker Primer or Winsor & Newton Galeria Gesso Primer are necessary and best applied in 3 thin coats. The surface of the frame can be used as part of the painting or used as a decorative frame. Price per panel.
