Natural white water colour paper with two sides deckle edged, 600g/m², acid free, pH neutral and of the highest archival permanence. This heavy, dense paper with its irregular lively surface structure boasts excellent stability and maintains good flatness. Renders colours strong and brilliant with blotting, flow and colour gradation characteristics being particularly optimum for the wet-in-wet water colour technique. Full brush strokes are served particularly well with dry painting techniques. The rough quality coming from the coarse-grained surface structure is particularly well-suited to bold and liberal painting techniques. Interesting effects are readily achieved.
