Kapa Mount has an aluminium-strengthened cover layer to offer professional quality results in the area of mechanical cold laminating, and the less frequently used wet laminating (also with solvent-based adhesives). There is a high quality mounting plate for digital print and large format photographs and a fill-in panel plate for exhibition and display systems (offering extra aluminium stabilization for large-format objects). The polyurethane foam core in the middle of all Kapa lightweight boards comprises millions of tiny air-filled bubbles networked together in a honeycomb structure. The foam core and the two cover sheets are sandwiched together in a continuous inline process to produce a lightweight composite sandwich board of precisely defined thickness. Available in 5mm or 10mm thickness in a 70cm x 100cm format. Minimum order quantity is 5 individual boards. Price per board or pack of boards.
