MAPED CUTTING SET

The Maped precision cutter, together with either the Profila ruler or the 'Quadra' cutting rule, is the perfect combination for drawing, measuring and cutting. They allow vertical and bevelled edges to be cut in mounts, graphical work, when building models etc. For bevelled cutting, materials up to 5mm thick can be used and for straight cutting, materials up to 9mm can be used. The Maped cutting system is very easy to use and produces clean, accurate cut edges with no irregularities. The blade can easily be seen during use and it is very safe to use because of the automatic return of the blade into the machine. The Profila precision ruler in anodised aluminium, with an edge in stainless steel, will not slide due to the rubber support on the base. It is easy to use because of the grooves in the centre section and the special profile gives great stability. It is highly recommended that the Profila precision ruler be ordered at the same time, as this will make cutting mounts much easier.

Consists of a 60cm Maped aluminium ruler, one 45º Maped cutter and one 90º Maped cutter. Both the Maped aluminium ruler with the practical guide groove and the Maped mount cutter have been trusted for many years.
