MONDELUZ WATER COLOUR PENCILS

Artist quality intense colour pencils by Koh-I-Noor. Made from cedarwood, water soluble and extremely good value for money. The agreeably soft leads allow an even coating of colour and the colours are brilliant, intense and lightfast. When used without water, the results are the same as with ordinary coloured pencils, but as soon as water is added – either by brush or sponge – soft water colours are dispersed.
