The introduction of Rembrandt Carré chalk pastels by Talens enables leisure and professional artists to create monochrome sketches and drawings. Rembrandt carrés are also suitable for blending techniques with colour pastels, water colours and gouache. The four sided pastels are 8mm x 8mm x 60mm. They are equally suitable for fine details and covering large areas and can be applied layer by layer. They smudge well and can be blended to create new colour nuances.
