RTV CATALYST 139

RTV Catalyst is ideal for reproduction of statuettes and art objects made of metal with low melting point. The mixture is made by taking 100 parts of silicone against 5 parts hardener.
Mix the two components then curing at 20 ° C depending on the type and amount of hardener used. RTV Catalyst comes with 1 bottle of catalyst.

• Curing 24h at 20 ° C.
• Cast: metal with low melting point, polyurethane resin, epoxy, wax.
• Clean tools with white spirit.
• Thinner: silicone oil. Hardness 60 shore A. Dosage 5%.
• Silicone cures at room temperature by a polycondensation reaction.
• Good chemical resistance, high hardness.
• Resists a temperature of about 320 ° C.
• The silicone lead is used with a catalyst at 2%.
