Natural white, 250g/m2, best quality made from chlorine-free bleached wood-pulp and high-grade cotton fibre (rag), acid free, pH neutral, lightfast and of archival permanence. A voluminous water colour paper of the highest class, very soft and highly absorbent. The ‘genuine’ torchon, with its fibre formation set into the screen gives work an unmistakably unique character. The lightly stamped uneven surface makes fine textures possible. The colours take washes well to reveal beautiful classic nuances.
