SILICONE VENTILATOR

When particularly finely engraved and complicated models are to be perfectly cast, it is important that the silicone not only flows freely but is also self-ventilating. For this reason silicone ventilator is added at the mixing stage to the silicone & hardener mixture. The quantity to be added is between 1% and 3%. The ventilator combines the small air bubbles in the mass and these then rise to the top permitting a largely air bubble free mould. Directions on the 20ml bottle.
