VARIO FORM - CASTING VESSEL

Embed original models in a form-casting vessel in order to cast them properly. Choose the size of the form-casting vessel in such a manner as to leave a space of approx. 6 - 8mm from the model on all sides to guarantee a form with a sturdy rim when you pour the casting paste. A special form-casting vessel is required for each model, which is not glued but rather, screwed because additional adjustments must be made when you fit the model into the vessel. In addition, the model and modelling paste must be removed from the casting vessel when the 1st form half is completed and the form fitted into the form-casting vessel upside down again. In order to do so at least one side of the casting vessel must be unscrewed.
The Vario Form-Casting Vessel meets all requirements mentioned above. It can be secured with securing screws so the format of the vessel can be adjusted individually to the model's size. When the form is finished the form-casting vessel can be adjusted to the size of the next model and thus used again.
