Winsor & Newton Watercolour Pencils are made from Californian cedar wood with a high quality construction that makes the resistant to breakage.

Winsor & Newton Watercolour Pencils have a 3.7mm wide lead and can be used dry for sketching or add water to create vibrant washes of colour.

Each sets contains the following colours:
