These Charbonnel Etching Inks are bound with stand oil so the colours barely yellow and are very resistant to ageing. Linseed oil can be added to make the colours more supple if required. Charbonnel Etching Inks dry considerably quicker than oil colours, as a rule about 15 days are required for complete drying. The inks can be stored for several years so long as the parchment paper covering the paint is intact in the tins, if not replace the parchment paper.
Charbonnel Etching Inks are available in tubes and some colours also in tins.
