GreatArt London has reopened and our team can't wait to welcome you all back! We have implemented several measures in-store to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers. We request that anyone paying a visit to GreatArt London adhere to the guidelines outlined below for safe shopping.
We are limiting the number of customers entering our store at any one time to allow those inside to maintain a 2m distance from each other. A member of our team will be monitoring the number of people entering and leaving the store. On some occasions you may be required to queue outside before entering.
Please remember to respect a 2m distance whilst shopping, and queuing at the tills or outside the store.
Please wear a face mask or visor whilst shopping. If you are exempt from wearing a face mask please have your exemption card visible. Our team members will also be wearing face coverings except in circumstances where they are exempt.
Hand sanitiser is available at our store for your convenience. Please make use of this when you arrive. Our store is also regularly cleaned for the safety of our staff and customers.
At the Tills
Where possible please use contactless payment options when making purchases. We have installed perspex screens at our tills to help you maintain social distancing from our staff when paying for your art materials.
If for any reason you are currently unable to visit us in-store we are still here for you online.
Online orders are being taken as normal and our customer services team are here to assist you.
The majority of our orders are arriving within their normal time frame of 7-10 working days. Please be aware that some more orders may take longer than the quoted delivery time due to the pandemic. Social distancing and safety measures have been implemented in our warehouse to ensure the safety of our staff.
