Mix Liquitex Glazing Medium into your paint to create a water-based acrylic enamel for creating brilliant jewel-like glazes. It conforms to ASTM D4236 and is safe for educational use.
This Liquitex Glazing Medium has been specially formulated to adhere to smooth non-porous materials such as glass, tiles, glazed ceramic, stoneware, porcelain, enamel, primed metal and wood. The colour air dries for a durable, high gloss finish that can also be heat set to create a shiny, scratch resistant surface. It is lightweight, non-toxic and dries to a water-resistant, non-yellowing surface.
