The Gamblin Extra-Fine Oil Colours Set includes a selected colour palette of 6 shades in 37ml tubes along with a 37ml tube of Gamblin Solvent-Free Gel Medium.

Gamblin Extra-Fine oil colours are manufactured using a clever balance of pigments, oil, history, science and emotion. Their aim is not to limit themselves to traditional recipes, but instead to ensure that they perfectly restore the shades to what they should be, to truly benefit the artists that use them.

Their palette of 96 shades has been designed to meet all the needs of the oil painter, including traditional shades from the renaissance as well as modern quinacridone, phthalo and perylene shades. Their colours are also designed to respect the environment and the health of their artists. The paints are made from linseed and saffower oil and do not contain any solvents.
Gamblin Solvent Free Gel Medium is made from thistle oil and alkyd resin and can be used to increase gloss, colour flow and transparency without losing visible brush marks.
