This PanPastel Set was put together by Julia Woning. She is the author of the book "PanPastel Workshop" which covers many basic techniques and tutorials for using PanPastel Colours.

PanPastel artist pastels make it possible to pick up the colours easily from the pans with your fingers or with the Sofft tools and applicators developed for this purpose. Only artist pigments of the highest quality are used. The manufacturing process of PanPastel artist pastels allows for the minimal use of binders or fillers, resulting in a pigment-concentrated, ultra-soft consistency with a dust-inhibiting effect.
The PanPastel Colorless Blender is colourless and creates special effects with the soft pastels. It gives transparency and creates impressive colour transitions. It improves the colour flow of the unique PanPastel Ultra Soft artist pastels, which flow into each other like liquid colours.
