Gerstaecker Classico 2 Linen Canvases are made from 100% linen. The canvas is 450gsm in weight and is coated with a lightly absorbent primer. The Gerstaecker Classico 2 Linen Canvases have a 20mm x 40mm profile.
The canvas is stapled to the back of the frame. The frame itself is made from natural pine which gives excellent stability. Wedges for stretching the Gerstaecker Classico 2 Linen Canvases are included should you wish to use them. Sizes above 50x60cm come with a spacer, and from 80x80cm they come with a single cross.

Excellent product - These canvases are the reason why I shop at GreatArt, and they are reasonably priced if you buy them when they're on offer.
The weave of the fabric is particularly nice, and I like the absorbency of the primer they use. I've tried many different stretched canvases from various suppliers, and this is my favourite.
