This Blue Fine Grain Clay is a fine fireclay and is a first-class modelling clay for schools, therapy and ceramic studios. It is best quality and is suitable for many pottery techniques.

Technical data for the Blue Fine Grain Clay:

  • Firing temperature: 1000°C - 1280°C.
  • Firing colour: light blue - dove blue.
  • Sintering temperature:1260°C.
  • Water absorption:1200°C - 4.5 %,1280°C - 1.8 %
  • Fireclay: 40% with 0 - 0.5 mm grain size.
  • Delivered in airtight, stable PE foil in 10 kg blocks.
