You
can dissolve an agreement relating to the purchase of a product during a
reflection period (trial period) of at least 30 days without giving
reasons. The reflection period referred to in paragraph 1 starts on
the day after you, or a third party designated by you in advance, who is
not the carrier, received the product, or, if the delivery of a product
consists of several shipments or parts: the day on which you, or a
third party designated by you, received the last shipment or part.

Completion of the model form is not obligatory. To exercise your right
of revocation, it is sufficient if you have sent us your notice within
the revocation period of 30 days, beginning on the date of the sales
contract.
The costs for the return shipment will be charged to you.
You can request an inexpensive return label from us (£ 7.95 incl. VAT) for regular parcels.
Costs for returning any big or heavy products will be calculated upon receiving your request.
Costs for pick-up at your address will directly be passed on to you.
Outcome of exercising the right of withdrawal
Once
Gerstaecker International has received the products returned by the
customer in good order, the consumer will receive a refund, including
shipping costs, as soon as possible. The target is within 14 days. If
you have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest
standard delivery, you do not have to refund the additional costs for
the more expensive method. We use the same means of payment that the
consumer used for refunds, unless you agree to another method. The
refund is free of charge to you.
However, if Gerstaecker
International has not yet received the returned products, we may wait to
refund until the goods have actually reached us or until you can show
proof that you have returned the products. The risk and burden of proof
for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with
you, the consumer.

The
direct costs for returning the product shall be borne by you, the
consumer. If, due to their nature, the goods cannot be returned by
ordinary post, the return costs will be valued at a maximum of €250.00.
You
will send the goods with all delivered accessories, if reasonably
possible in their original condition and packaging, and in accordance
with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Gerstaecker
International. You are only liable for a reduction in value of the
product if the damage (in terms of nature, property and mechanism) is
the result of incorrect handling.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts
- for the delivery of products manufactured according to consumer specifications that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly intended for a specific person;
- for the delivery of sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the delivery of products which after delivery are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other products;
- for the delivery of sealed audio, video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
