Cléopâtre Océane Power Adhesive is a strong, light blue gel glue made from water and PVA. It is ideal for gluing paper and cardboard.
The glue is slightly bluish in colour to better regulate consumption: As soon as the blue hue becomes visible on the paper, the required amount of adhesive has been reached.
