GreatArt 25th Birthday Competition – Public Voting Terms & Conditions
Promoter:
This public vote is run by GreatArt UK ("the Promoter"), 41–49 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8AG. Registered in England No. 4266620.
Eligibility:
Voting is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of GreatArt UK (and their immediate family members) or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
Voting Period:
Voting opens on 1st of August and closes on 9th August. Votes submitted before or after this period will not be counted.
How to Vote:
Votes must be submitted via the official voting form on the GreatArt UK website. No purchase is necessary to vote.
Voting Limit:
Only one (1) vote per person is permitted. Any duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise suspicious votes may be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be determined by public vote. The shortlisted artwork receiving the highest number of valid votes by the closing date will be declared the winner.
Prize:
The winner will receive one (1) £500 voucher, redeemable on the GreatArt UK website (www.greatart.co.uk). The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward, in whole or in part. Voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Winner Announcement:
The winner will be announced via GreatArt UK's official Instagram page and notified directly using the contact details provided when they entered the competition.
Use of Entries:
By entering the competition, participants granted the Promoter permission to display, reproduce and share their artwork (including any associated name, username or social media handle) as part of the public voting process and related promotional activity.
Data Protection:
Any personal data collected as part of the voting process will be used solely for administering the competition and public vote and will be handled in accordance with GreatArt UK's Privacy Policy.
Right to Disqualify:
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disregard any vote or disqualify any participant where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate voting, automated voting, fraudulent activity or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Changes & Cancellation:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or to cancel, suspend or postpone the public vote at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Liability:
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for votes lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in this public vote.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
