CRETACOLOR® Carré Pastels are hard pastels that are oil-free, lightfast, smudgeable, blendable and water-soluble. Artistic effects can be achieved by blending the colours with one another, mixing them, or combining them with brown and grey chalks.

These pastel chalks adhere particularly well to drawing paper with a rough to grainy surface, as well as to velour paper. Light fixing is also possible, as with pure pastels. These CRETACOLOR® Carré Pastels are excellent value for money and are particularly popular with schools. The individual sticks measure 72 mm x 7 mm x 7 mm.
