The da Vinci Traditional Watercolour brush 'Silver Pen' is an exclusive perfect interaction between pen and brush. It combines design, durability, functionality and craftsmanship.

This da Vinci Traditional Watercolour brush 'Silver Pen' has very fine extremely absorbent squirrel hair, making it particularly suitable for creating surfaces and for fine detailed work. The filament brush hairs release colour slowly and very evenly. The heart of the brush is a metal tip at the end of the handle, made of an alloy called Ethergraf®. On contact with paper it oxidises, leaving a mark on the paper that cannot be erased or smudged.

TIP: The silver point is ideal for preliminary drawings of oil paintings on canvas. In contrast to pencil or ink, this does not show through or smear later
