GOLDEN is the first manufacturer to develop a matt pouring medium! GOLDEN Color Pouring Medium Matte is the ideal acrylic medium for the pouring technique.

Mix the medium with Heavy Body, High Flow, Flow Acrylics and other acrylic colours to provide a beautiful, velvety-matt surface. The different colour shades do not mix, but run together according to the applied pouring technique and create a unique, spectacular colour image.

The addition of GOLDEN Color Pouring Medium Matte promotes drying to a smooth, even film with good flexibility but moderate clarity. The medium is also ideally suited for adhesion to chalky surfaces. In addition, it reduces cracking ("crazing") in varnishes, pours and other thin, pourable paint applications.

Tips!

• A higher proportion of Pouring Medium increases transparency.
• Ideally, the mixture should be left covered overnight to allow air bubbles to escape.
• Pour the paint directly over the painting surface to avoid air bubbles.
