Use GOLDEN® ISOLATION COAT to create a transparent, permanent coating that separates the painting surface of your artwork from the varnish.

This product offers two advantages: your artwork remains protected even if the varnish begins to peel, and absorbent areas are sealed to create the smoothest possible surface for applying the varnish.

Product features of GOLDEN® ISOLATION COAT at a glance:

  • ideal for acrylics (not suitable for oils or watercolours)
  • compatible with gloss varnish (silk matt or matt varnishes can affect the clarity of the painting and may leave a milky effect)
  • drying time: approx. 10–30 minutes. To be on the safe side, wait 1 day before applying the varnish.
  • available in various pot sizes.
