The KUM® Combi Point Double Sharpener 218T has two 8 mm pencil holes allowing the user to produce sharp and/or a rounded taper on pencil tips.
This KUM® Combi Point Double Sharpener 218T is a circular shape and has a plastic container to catch shavings. The plastic body is precision injection molded to ensure long lasting stability and toughness. The sharpener blades are made of ultra-hard (65 hrc), razor-sharp high carbon steel.
KUM® blades are slightly curved rather than dead straight. The curved blade means the edges are under constant tension and not lifted by pressure during sharpening. This provides a consistent sharpen to the pencil and prevents the pencil tip from springing out or tearing. Additionally, the pressure against the screws prevent them from loosening.
