Léonard Gilding brushes series 2RB are round brushes with arched tips, used for classic polished gildings. You use it to polish the base layer before applying gold and silver leaf or impact metals.

The hair used - the neck hair of Indian boars - is short and very stiff. It is string-bound into a long handle of untreated wood.
