This MAGNANI 1404® PORTOFINO Watercolour Paper is 100% cotton and is acid and chlorine free. It has exceptionally high resistance to yellowing caused by UV rays and guarantees a long service life and maximum yield of the applied colour.

This is fantastic paper! I believed that hardly I could be surprised by anything after working on Arches Aquarelle and Saunders Waterford. I tried a Magnani test pack and was pleased by paper response. The washes are very even, the colours stay surprisingly vivid after drying. And the most difficult and intriguing watercolours by Michael Harding, which I couldn't handle on other papers, I managed to tame eventually. Love this paper!! :)
