This Mosaikstein Flex Joint Compound in CG2 quality is a high-quality jointing mortar for narrow joints in mosaic and tiling applications. It complies with the CG2 classification in accordance with EN 13888 and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The formula is based on silica flour and not silica sand, making it perfect for fine joints. The material composition allows for even application in narrow joint widths. The powder is mixed with water and applied to the prepared joints.
The Mosaikstein Flex Joint Compound is suitable for mosaic work on glass, ceramics and similar substrates. Depending on the joint width, consumption is approximately 1.5–3 kg/m². Its properties as a frost-resistant and dirt-repellent joint mortar make it suitable for use even in outdoor or high-traffic areas.
The product is supplied in 500 g tubs in various colours.
