O’color | Plastic Shrink Film — 7 sheets

O’color Plastic Shrink Film is a plastic material suitable for designing motifs for mobile phone covers, jewellery, key fobs, gift tags, magnets etc. The film shrinks in the oven at 150° C by about 3/4 of its original size.

The O’color Plastic Shrink Film is sanded or roughened on one side. Due to the rough surface, it can be painted with coloured pencils (eg Faber Castell Polychromos) or permanent fibre pens or markers. Shrinking makes the colour more intense and more luminous. The film also gets thicker and firmer.

This O’color Plastic Shrink Film is sold in packs of 7 sheets in transparent, white or black. Sheets measure 20 cm x 30 cm.

Usage instructions:

• 1. Draw and colour / paint the motif and cut it out. If the item is to be a pendant, punch a hole with a hole punch.
• 2. Place a piece of aluminium fol or baking paper on a baking tray and preheat the oven to Gas 3 / 150° C. Place your motif in the centre and put in the oven - the shrink film begins to twist and deform, shrinkage is complete when it is again smooth.
• 3. Remove from oven - beware as it will be very hot!
• 4. Before the film cools completely bend it into shape or flatten it under a book as required.
