These PANPASTEL® Ultra Soft Artist Pastels sets contain 5 x 9 ml pans of high quality, real artist pastels, which can be applied by finger, or with the Sofft® tools contained in the sets. These tools were specifically developed for this purpose.
PANPASTEL® are artist-quality pastels presented in a unique pan format. They feature minimal binders and fillers for a clean and vibrant finish. Because of their ultra-soft consistency, they can be applied like paint, blended and mixed, and even erased if needed. Best of all, there's no drying time required! PANPASTEL® are pigment rich, highly versatile, and compatible for use with a range of media, including pastel sticks, pencils, markers, and inks
Each PANPASTEL® Ultra Soft Artists' Painting Pastel pan contains approx 40% more colour than an average pastel pencil, and as there is little or no crumbling or powdering there is also no wastage, making these pastels excellent value for money.
