These pébéo CERNE RELIEF Outliners are suitable for use on wood, glass, polyester, plastic, metal, plexiglass etc. for creating spectacular relief effects. They can be used to imitate stained glass - first draw the motif with the outliner and then colour in with Vitrail colours. They are also ideal for mixed media applications.
