This Schmincke Slightly Absorbent Primer 2 is an opaque white, lightfast and age-resistant primer for oil and acrylic paint with a mildly absorbent character.
The elastic film dries to a satin finish and is resistant to turpentine oil and water.
The Schmincke Slightly Absorbent Primer 2 is characterised by the following properties:
- can be diluted with water (10 to max. 30%)
- extremely absorbent supports such as raw linen require pre-priming
- do not use below 8° C object temperature
- contains pure acrylic dispersion
- can be coloured with acrylic paints
Schmincke Highly Absorbent Primer 2 is available in a 500 ml bottle or a 1 litre pot.
