The UHU® Glue Gun Starter Kit is a hot glue gun set designed for precise and quick bonding around the home, in the workshop and for creative projects. The set includes a hot glue gun and 6 transparent glue sticks with a diameter of 11 mm.
The gun operates at a melting temperature of approx. 170° C and reaches its operating temperature within approx. 5 – 8 minutes. With a glue flow rate of approx. 16 g/min, it enables even, controlled application. The power consumption is 15 W (max. 40 W). The mechanical feed ensures a continuous dispensing of the adhesive. The melted adhesive hardens quickly and is temperature-resistant up to approx. +75° C. The bond is solvent-free and forms a clear, gap-filling joint.
The device is suitable for numerous materials such as wood, metal, glass, ceramics, textiles, paper and many plastics. N.B. It is not suitable for heat-sensitive materials or for PE, PP or PTFE.
