This ABIG Tixor Malam Wax Melting Pot is a die-cast aluminum professional quality batik pot for melting wax. The shallow bowl holds up to 0.3 litres of wax, and has a plastic housing.
The shallowness of the bowl means you can leave shorter tools and stamps in the wax without the worry that they will sink in. There are 6 openings to rest tools/tjantings.
The stepless temperature control allows the wax to be kept liquid at different temperatures. The most common working temperature is achieved when the temperature regulator is set in the scale range 6. The ABIG Tixor Malam Wax Melting Pot works best when the amount of wax does not exceed the minimum mark of the melting pan.

Safety instructions: Device and melting material become very hot during operation, therefore to avoid risk of burns, do not carry when hot if possible. After switching off, wait until the unit and the material to be melted have cooled down. Only carry the unit by the handles. Never immerse in water, even when unplugged. Never operate the unit without supervision.
TIPS! To work with a brush, wax can be refilled as desired. Wiping is done on the inner edge. Before starting each time, wax residues should be removed with a rag.
