These double-sided Aluminium Coating Troughs allow for the even and precise application of photoemulsion to the screen printing fabric. They have 2 end caps.

The Aluminium Coating Troughs have a sharp and a strongly rounded side. With the sharp side, the emulsion can be applied thinly and sparingly to the screen. The rounded side is suitable for high emulsion application. The coating should be applied 2 - 4 times depending on the desired layer thickness.

These Aluminium Coating Troughs are 7.5 cm deep and are available in different sizes. They are chemical resistant and the smooth surface makes them easy to clean.
