Arches Oil Painting Paper Blocks contain 12 sheets of 100% cotton, 300gsm, natural white paper specially designed for oil painting and with the same characteristics as canvas.
This Arches Oil Painting Paper is acid-free, with excellent absorption and age resistance. It is ready to use and needs no preparation, however you can reduce the paper's capacity for absorption by applying a coat of medium acrylic, which you could tint if desired to alter the natural white colour.
