The BLOCKX Acrylic Drying Retarder allows you to extend the working time of both acrylic and oil paints. It slows the drying process to prevent premature cracking and provides a longer working window.

This solvent-free retarder additive perfectly preserves the characteristics of your BLOCKX acrylics or other brands. Their quality is preserved, as is their texture. The medium increases the longevity and elasticity of the paint film by coating pigments with synthetic resin. Depending on the amount added, it can make brushstrokes appear slightly blurred, which is ideal for seamless transitions. BLOCKX Acrylic Drying Retarder is suitable for creating glazes and thinning paint without yellowing over time.

The 250 ml tubs feature a wide, practical opening, ideal for dipping your brushes and tools into. They are also reusable as often as you like.
