This CHARVIN CREME A DORER is a gilding cream that produces an excellent imitation of a gilt finish and is very simple to use. It is ideal for smooth surfaces and may be applied using a rag to achieve patina effects.
To use this gilding cream, first prepare the surface by ensuring it's clean, dry, and sealed if porous. Apply a thin coat of cream with a cloth or brush, focusing on details with a brush and larger areas with a cloth or finger. Allow it to dry for at least four hours, then buff it for a shine or leave it matt.
CHARVIN CREME A DORER is available in 4 different colours, in 30 ml pots.
TIP! For best results, apply multiple thin coats instead of one thick one.
