This Chinese Sakuyo Brush is a traditional Chinese artist quality paint brush for line work. It is ideal for classical Chinese painting, calligraphy and ink painting as well as for watercolour and silk painting.
The brush has a short head shape and an elastic, sharp tip. This favours the slight change in line width while painting. Despite the high water absorption capacity, water regulation is relatively easy. The brush hairs are made from a mixture of goat, horse and nylon hair. Brush length 22.4cm, brush head 3cm long, Ø brush head 1 cm. The Chinese Sakuyo Brush has a bamboo handle with a hanging loop.
