Old Holland Classic Watercolours have exceptional colour strength and are made with the highest concentration of quality artists pigments.

The high colour strength of Old Holland Classic Watercolour requires a slightly different approach to painting as little paint is needed from the tube or pan to create the desired colour effect. The tubes and pans are also labelled with the undertone of the individual colours rather than the full tone as this is a more logical choice that mirrors the technique of watercolour painting.

Old Holland Classic Watercolours include opaque, transparent and translucent shades, as well those that provide natural granulation and flocculation, producing splotchy effects as the pigments aggregate together. The colours are also lightfast.

Available in half pans and 6 ml tubes.
